FAQs

Question

Where do we park at the wedding celebration?

Answer

Parking at the Garden Room is limited, but there is parking in downtown Palm Harbor (see "Things To Do" tab). Open parking is available at White Chapel Hall and at the Palm Harbor Fire Dept. Do NOT park at Dollar Tree! Please note that it is a Saturday in Downtown Palm Harbor and Easter Weekend at the chapel, so no overnight parking.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The reception will take place from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Guests are welcome to begin arriving at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving close to the start time so you can enjoy the full evening with us. Bridal Party Entrance planned for 5:30.

Question

Is there a ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will be having a private ceremony with close family members due to limited space at the chapel. Ceremony invitations will be sent separately. We are so grateful for your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with everyone later at the reception in the Garden Room!

Question

For ceremony guests only:

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at the chapel with enough time to be seated at least 10 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We invite guests to wear Garden Cocktail attire for an outdoor, evening celebration; a light wrap and lawn-friendly footwear is recommended. Break out your favorite linens, pastels and floral pattens if you like, though these are not a requirement. As this is a wedding reception, we kindly ask guests to avoid jeans, shorts, beachwear, flip-flops, and white or ivory attire.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones; however, due to space and catering limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation and RSVP. With a few planned exceptions, this will be a young-adult and adult celebration. Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

Where can we submit song requests?

Answer

We will not have a traditional DJ, but we would love to include some guest favorites in the music for the evening. Please email us at sadieandsteven.2027@gmail.com for a link to our Spotify request playlist. Song requests should be submitted in advance.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, October 31, 2026. Because our celebration falls on Easter weekend and space is limited, timely RSVPs are greatly appreciated. If your plans change after submitting your RSVP, please let us know by February 26, 2027.

Question

Where to stay?

Answer

We blocked off some rooms at the Hampton Inn Dunedin - 2641 Michael Place - (727) 733-1400 under Gaca/Hieneman. Since it is Spring Break and coming out of Spring Training (Toronto Blue Jays), they are normally booked solid the month of March, so we encourage to reserve early. The rate is $294. There is a hotel across the street, The J Hotel, and various Airbnb's in the area.

Question

What is the weather like that time of year?

Answer

Avg High 80°, Avg Low 65°. Sunset 7:45 pm
