I'm camping/glamping - What do I need to know?

Answer

Will there be bathrooms and showers onsite? There will be bathrooms onsite, and an outdoor shower (think the kind that you use to rinse off after a dip in the pool). Where should we get ready for the evening events? We will have a larger tent set up for getting ready, with electricity available. Will there be internet? You will have little to no cell/internet service at Running Horse Retreat, and although we encourage you to be off-the-grid for the weekend, there is wifi up at the main house if you really need access. Will I be able to charge my phone? We will have a charging station set-up, but we encourage you to bring portable chargers for easy access. How many people does a Glamping tent sleep? Each glamping tent is designed to sleep 2 people comfortably. I selected 1 or more glamping reservations in my RSVP - How do I pay? You will receive a confirmation email with payment details following your submission. Can I reserve more than 1 tent site for my party/group? Yes! Just let us know how many tents you plan to bring in your RSVP form. Are the tent-sites & glamping tents far from the main event area? Both the tent-sites and glamping tents are mixed in right on the main property. With either selection, you will never be more than a 5 minute walk from the main meadow.

Can I bring my dog? ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ

Answer

This is highly encouraged, as this is a pet-friendly celebration (duh). There is a ton of room for your pup to run, a creek for them to play in, and lots of pats to go around. Just make sure your dog is comfy with people and other dogs, and is trained for recall if they are planning to be off-leash.

Will the celebration be kid-friendly?

Whilst we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding celebration.

Where should I park my car at the venue?

Answer

There will be a designated area for parking at the entrance of the property that allows you to come and go as you please. Venue map coming soon!

I have a dietary restriction - will that be ok?

Answer

We will accommodate all dietary restrictions, just let us know when you're filling out your RSVP. FYI - all food served over the weekend will be vegetarian.

Is there a reserved hotel block?

Answer

We are not reserving any hotel blocks, so be sure to get your accommodation arranged early!
