Please plan to arrive at Sweetwater Ranch between 3:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. PST to ensure enough time for parking and finding your seat before the procession starts promptly at 4 p.m. Cocktail Hour will begin at 5:00 p.m., featuring light hors d'oeuvres and celebratory beverages. Guests are invited to mingle and enjoy the festivities before the grand entrance at 6:00 p.m. Dinner service will begin at 6:30 p.m.
