Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we adore your kiddos, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are for children in our immediate family. We appreciate your understanding as we keep the guest list intimate!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name (or “and guest”) will appear on your invite. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo—we promise it’ll still be a great time!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! When you RSVP, you’ll have the opportunity to list any dietary restrictions or allergies. We’ll do our best to ensure your meal is safe and delicious.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Right after the ceremony, we invite you to head downstairs for a cocktail hour featuring an open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres while the Schimmel Ballroom is being prepared for the reception. Further details and day-of instructions will be shared at the venue—just follow the fun!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Although the ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 4:40 PM. This gives you plenty of time to make your way to the 8th floor and get settled before we begin. As a rule of thumb, arriving 30 minutes early is always a good idea—just in case!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We recommend booking a room at the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel—it's where both the ceremony and reception will be held, so you’ll be right in the heart of the celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There are plenty of parking options nearby. The Kimpton Cottonwood offers valet service for a fee, or you’ll find a public parking garage just a few blocks from the venue, located off of Farnam & S 38th Street. Getting there should be a breeze!
