The ceremony and cocktail hour will both take place outside and the reception will be held inside. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to wear
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation, so we ask that you do not bring a guest + we want to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends! If you received a plus one it will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your kids, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our immediate family. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax and socialize! Thank you for understanding!<3
Please arrive at the venue no later than 3:45 pm, you can arrive as early as 3pm. This will allow enough time to park and find your seat. Once the procession begins, late guests will be asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony.
If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. We will miss you!
If we do not receive an RSVP from you by our cutoff date of September 6th you will be marked as "Will Not Attend". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to our venue and vendors in a timely manner. If you were to show without RSVPing, there will be no seat or meal provided for you. Please make sure you RSVP as soon as possible! Thank you!
Our venue does not allow any hard liquor, but there will be a cash bar equipped with beer, wine, and other refreshments available for purchase. Please refrain from bringing any of your own beverages.
There will be free parking provided at the venue. Cars are able to be left overnight but please note that they must be off of the property by 10:00 am the next morning, so please plan accordingly.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are asking all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the special day and we'd hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!
