It all began on May 26th, 2022, in Minneapolis. Sadie and Elvin were two hearts recovering from recent heartbreak, each unsure of what they wanted but definitely not looking for a relationship. Fate, however, had other plans. Their lover story began as most great do, on Tinder, not expecting much more than a few casual conversations. Little did they know, those messages would lead to a connection neither of them could ignore. At first, neither of them was in a rush to label what was growing between them. They were both hesitant, uncertain, and, to be honest, a bit skeptical. But what started as "just friends" quickly turned into something far deeper. Before they knew it, Sadie and Elvin were spending almost every moment together. Whether it was long walks around the city or lazy afternoons on the couch, they couldn’t get enough of each other’s company. Slowly, a comfortable, unbreakable bond formed between them, and despite their best efforts to convince themselves (and their friends) that they were just friends, it became clear: they were meant for each other. After months of laughter, late-night talks, and building something that felt like it had always been there, Sadie and Elvin made it official on November 12th, 2022, over a romantic dinner at Bucca de Beppo. It was there, surrounded by candles and laughter, that they realized they didn’t need to fight what was becoming more and more obvious. As their relationship continued to grow stronger, on January 12th, 2024, in a flurry of snowflakes and cozy winter vibes, Elvin got down on one knee at Gold Medal Park in downtown Minneapolis and asked Sadie to be his lifelong other half. With a heart full of love and a lifetime of adventures ahead of them, and friends and family watching from their cars nearby, Sadie said yes. Together, Sadie and Elvin share a love for spontaneous adventures, as well as the quiet, peaceful nights spent at home with their two adorable cat babies, Gus and Luna. They share a thirst for travel and are excited for the future, eager to explore new places, make new memories, and, most importantly, continue growing stronger together as a couple.
