FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're keeping it semi-formal. Something that feels special but still true to us. Think Sunday best: dresses (short or long), and button downs with slacks or dress jeans. The groom and groomsmen will be wearing starched jeans, boots, and cowboy hats, so please lean into that western flair if you'd like!

Question

Can I bring children or a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we kindly ask that the celebration is adults only and limited to the guests named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outside. However, we will have food and seating room inside the house (steps away), so you can relax, mingle, or cool off if needed.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The bar will open at 5pm, so feel free to come early, grab a drink, and settle in before we say "I do." The ceremony will begin at 6pm, so please arrive by at least 5:30 to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There are spots directly in front of the house and around the property, but they're limited. We encourage guests to carpool if possible and arrive early to find a space and get settled before the ceremony begins.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present. We have hired a professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos once we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! However, options may be limited, so if you want something specific we encourage BYO! **If you plan on drinking, please make arrangements for a safe ride to and from the venue. Uber does go out there, so plan ahead and party responsibly!**

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st, so we can reserve your seat and include you in the meal count.
