We love your little ones, but we are keeping our wedding adult only [15 years+]. Only the guests named/number of guests indicated on your invite are welcome to join us on our big day.

Only guests named on your invite are invited to our big day. We hope you understand us wanting to keep this day intimate with our most loved family and friends.

Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same venue. Fortune Valley Manor 248 Old Stage Road, Saugerties, New York 12477, United States

What is the closest airport?

Answer

The closet international airport to the wedding venue and hotels is Stewart International Airport (SWF). Additional regional airports can be found throughout the Hudson Valley. Alternatively, we encourage guests to coordinate rides with family or friends in the NYC/LI area, in which you can then also fly into JFK or LaGuardia.

Is there a reserved hotel block(s) that I can take advantage of?

Answer

We have hotel blocks at three different hotels in the area. Please check the travel tab for more information on how to book in these blocks. However, we understand hotels aren't for everyone, and that budgets vary, so please do not feel required to stay in here.

How far is the hotel(s) from the wedding venue?

Answer

The hotel(s) are 10 minutes from the wedding venue.

Will you be providing transportation to/from the wedding venue via shuttle to/from my hotel?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided to/from the wedding venue to/from one of the hotels in our block. Please check back the travel tab for more information coming soon.

Does the wedding venue have parking?

Answer

Yes. There is a large parking lot located at the venue. Proceed down the main hill and stay left at the fork. Once you have parked, the ceremony and reception space is a few minute walk in the paved path. Dually, a parking attendant will be available to shuttle guests over via a golf cart if preferred.

I'm running late to the ceremony, what should I do?

Answer

Once the ceremony has started, event staff will greet you at the property entrance and direct you to the parking lot.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn overlooking the pond. In the event of unexpected weather, the ceremony will remain outdoors but move under the covered patio. The reception will take place indoors, however access to 3 outdoor patios will be available throughout the duration of the reception along with one of the bars.

What kind of weather should I expect?

Answer

The Kingston/Saugerties area is beautiful in the fall with temperatures around 60-70 degrees during the day. However, it is possible for temperatures to drop as low as 50 degrees in the evening. Additionally, both our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Please consider bringing a light jacket in case of unexpected weather.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal for the ceremony through the reception. For ladies this could be a floor length gown, mid-length dress, or even a jumpsuit. For men this would be a suit.

Are their any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Please refrain from wearing deep orange and emerald green tones as the bridal party and immediate family will be dressed in these colors (and obviously white!).

What kind of shoes do you recommend?

Answer

For ladies we recommend a wedge or block heel or sandals, as the wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn overlooking the pond.

How long is the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Our cocktail "hour and a half" will last 90 minutes. Additionally, our reception will be held for a full 5 hours.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, bathrooms and main reception space are all accessible to guests.

Can I have my phone during your ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be unplugged. Please keep your phones in your purse or pockets, and enjoy the moment in real-time. You can use your phone again once cocktail hour starts!

Is there a coat check?

Answer

There will not be a coat check. Please consider bringing slim items and storing them at your seat or under the table.

Is there a place that I can charge my phone?

Answer

Yes. Our venue has a charging station. Bring your cord and charge away.
