What hotel should we stay at?

Answer

Four Points Sheraton in Wakefield! This will be where the after party is. We suggest parking here even if you don’t stay we will have transportation to venue and back to join the after party!

Is there an afterparty?

Yes! At the Four Points in Wakefield where the fun will continue!

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is great! Our venue is a heated tent but it will be outside . The tent does have a cement floor but there will be grass to walk on throughout the night.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! The venue has parking for those driving. We will also have transportation for those who want to park at the hotel.

Can I check into the hotel early?

Answer

The hotel will be VERY busy and cannot promise early check-in. The check-in time is 3pm. They can accommodate holding any bags until returning to the hotel.
