We have shuttles going to the reception and back. Shuttles will start at the My Place Hotel (these hotels are in the same parking so you will just have to walk over if you are staying at the Baymont).

There will be ONE trip TO the venue at 3:15pm.

Shuttles back to the hotels at the end of the night will be at 9, 10, 11, and 12.

If you can’t make it on the shuttle to the venue we will help you get your car in the morning from the venue.
