Aside from Sabrina manifesting a wedding overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as a child (perhaps after reading too many Nicolas Sparks books), Quinn's maternal grandmother's family is from Kilkee! A special place to the late Peggy Roche-Boyle and her father (Quinn's Great Grandfather, Pat Roche). Pat Roche immigrated from Kilkee to the U.S. in 1930 and soon thereafter organized shows of Irish music and dance at the 1933-34 Chicago World's Fair. His love of Irish song and dance was passed down to his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren - talent of which our guests will definitely witness at the wedding!
We'll arrive in Kilkee Monday, June 8 and depart Saturday, June 13.
There are a very small number of rooms courtesy block-booked at the Bay View Hotel, the Stella Marris, the Kilkee Town House, and the Royal Marine Guest Accommodation. Please see the Lodging tab for additional details. However, we strongly encourage you to do your own research and make bookings directly as soon as you can - Kilkee is a small town with limited availability.
Your love and excitement to join us in Kilkee is the most important gift of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us as we plan for our future together. You can find our "newlywed fund" on the "Registry" tab of this website.
The kids on your invitation are very welcome to attend the wedding! However, please keep in mind that after dinner (~9pm) anyone under the age of 18 must head back to their stays in accordance with the licensing of the venue. For anyone in need of babysitters while in Kilkee, Quinn & Sabrina are happy to share contacts.
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
To submit your RSVP, you must enter your full name, with proper caps and spaces. Your full party will show up on the next screen.
If you're renting a car while in Ireland, you can drive and park at the venue. If you're staying in Kilkee, you may be able to walk or take a brief cab to the venue. For those staying outside of Kilkee, we recommend a cab or bus service. After the wedding reception, transportation will be provided to those staying in Kilkee.
We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best formal/cocktail attire. Our wedding colors are a light spring palette. In June, Kilkee typically experiences mild, pleasant weather, though it remains slightly windy and cool. Keep in mind that we'll be outside (if it's not raining) and the sun doesn't set until ~10PM in June, so sunglasses may be nice to have.
