Aside from Sabrina manifesting a wedding overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as a child (perhaps after reading too many Nicolas Sparks books), Quinn's maternal grandmother's family is from Kilkee! A special place to the late Peggy Roche-Boyle and her father (Quinn's Great Grandfather, Pat Roche). Pat Roche immigrated from Kilkee to the U.S. in 1930 and soon thereafter organized shows of Irish music and dance at the 1933-34 Chicago World's Fair. His love of Irish song and dance was passed down to his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren - talent of which our guests will definitely witness at the wedding!
We'll arrive in Kilkee Monday, June 8 and depart Saturday, June 13.
Your love and excitement to join us in Kilkee is the most important gift of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us as we plan for our future together. You can find our "newlywed fund" on the "Registry" tab of this website.
The kids on your invitation are very welcome to attend the wedding! However, please keep in mind that after dinner (~9pm) anyone under the age of 18 must head back to their stays in accordance with the licensing of the venue. We're happy to have kids at the Welcome Event the evening before the wedding (please note their names on your Welcome Event RSVP)!
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
To submit your RSVP, you must enter your full name, with proper caps and spaces. Your full party will show up on the next screen.
If you're renting a car while in Ireland, you can drive and park at the venue. There's free parking in the back of the venue and paid parking in the front (by the cliff walk). If you're staying in Kilkee, you may be able to walk or take a brief cab to the venue. For those staying outside of Kilkee, we recommend a cab or bus service.
We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best formal/cocktail attire. Our wedding colors are a light spring palette, but please wear whatever colors you prefer! In June, Kilkee typically experiences mild, pleasant weather, though it remains slightly windy and cool. Keep in mind that we'll be outside (if it's not raining) and the sun doesn't set until ~10PM in June, so sunglasses may be nice to have.
Yes! The Diamond Rocks Cafe is providing taxis to all those who are staying in Kilkee. At any point, let a venue team member know you'd like a cab, where you're going, and they'll call you one! For those staying outside Kilkee, a taxi can be called for a small fee.
