We had met a few times before through mutual friends and weddings but we met officially for the first time on a beach day in East Matunuck with friends. Tim knew he was going to meet the love of his life that day so dressed for the occasion with a Providence Friars tank top and some gold framed sunglasses (we've come a long way..kinda). After a day at the beach, we made a pit stop at the Ocean Mist to cap off a great day. Once we both walked in, we noticed there was a live band and Sabrina of course began to dance. Throughout the time, we were laughing at both of our lame jokes and just enjoying our time with friends. That was when Tim thought it was the perfect time to break out his favorite dance move, "the poorly timed Dab," while Sabrina was enjoying a bottled beer at the moment. That is an important detail because Tim smoothly knocked the bottle into Sabrina's front teeth and had assumed the worst. He thought for sure he was about to write a check for a very large dental bill. After apologizing profusely, a common theme for Tim, we began to laugh about it and settled any damages over a plate of nachos. That was a fair compromise for almost knocking Sabrina's teeth out. We quickly said our goodbyes after an amazing day and we began texting about our funny encounter and eventually set up our first date. From a near trip to an oral surgeon, there was nowhere to go but up. That was until we went go-carting.. We can tell you about that at cocktail hour.
