The dress code for the wedding will be semi-formal. The wedding and reception will take place in an indoor/outdoor setting. The space is a beautiful rustic barn and patio, which does not have heating. Additionally, the parking lot is gravel. Since the event will be in late October and carry on after sunset. Plenty of parking is available at the venue. There is a gravel lot less than 20 feet from the door. There are several entry points into the winery, guests should park in the lot marked: The BARN at WATSON'S CHOICE ------------- EVENT PARKING
There will be bottles of Deer Creek Winery wine and local beer. The winery next door will be open during the reception, and guests may feel free to order additional drinks from the bar there! Absolutely NO outside alcohol may be brought.
This is an important venue rule from the contract. Here's their wording: Vehicles left overnight will result in a $100 charge to Client, per vehicle if they are not registered as a BnB guest. Charge will be applied to the credit card on file. Vehicles left must be picked up between 10:30 – 11 a.m. on the day following the Event, or will be subject to towing and all fees related thereto.
Our wedding colors a mix of reds, purples, and deep oranges. Specifically they are plum, wine, apple, and cinnamon.
