What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

At least 45 to an hour before the ceremony starts.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal (cocktail dress, jumpsuits, dark suits and ties).

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both actually! Ceremony is going to be outside on the Sky Terrace and the cocktail hour together with the reception is going to be indoor and outdoors.

If I decide to rent a room at a different hotel that is not the Hyatt Regency, will there be transportation available?

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. It is a valet parking.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Everyone is aloud to bring a plus one. Please understand that we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We will be reserving seats for those listed on the invitation. Extra seats will not be available.

I will do my best to try to accommodate your special needs, but please let me know in advance so I can talk to the venue to see what options they have.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. We have an open bar for 4 hours after that allotted time the bar will then be cash only.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Yes, but please make sure your ringer is muted. We don't want cellphones going off during the ceremony. On that note, our photographer will be also taking pictures as well (so please do not be in there way while they are shooting). Please and thank you!!

What's the best way to RSVP? (Online or Mail)

Answer

You can RSVP online, but I will still be mailing out the RSVP just in case.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please do it by October 12, 2023, but if you are able to do it earlier than that I would greatly appreciate. This is just in case I need to make special arrangements with your food options.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes we do! The wedding registry is through Zola. We are not accepting any type of gifts. It's just monetary only! We have too much stuff, lol! If you do not feel comfortable on doing it through Zola, we will have a card box at the reception.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Yes you can.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

The reception will end at 11 pm. There will be no after party.

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

We can send either send you a text by phone or put it on the Zola website board.

Ceremony: 4 - 430pm Cocktail hour: 430 - 530pm Dinner/Reception: 530 - 11pm

Please let us know ASAP so that way we can make arrangements with the venue about your absence for the wedding and the dinner.

No because we will be using some of the venues supplies.
