Hello Friends and Family, Joseph and I have made the difficult decision to cancel our wedding. We have been in contact with the venue we chose, and they have let us know that they will not reopen until September this year and unsure if they will reopen in October. Joseph and I did not want to go through another postponement, so we decided to cancel. We are both upset we weren't able to follow through with our ceremony, but since we are married, we would rather keep everyone safe and wait until guest limits increase. We are sorry we did not get a chance to celebrate with all of you, but we are hoping a few years down the road, we can do a vow renewal and we can celebrate with you. We are more concerned with the health and safety of all our guests, and for our own family as well. We hope you understand this hard decision we had to make and we hope you all stay safe. Much love to All, The Ayodeles
Joe and I had our first conversation in the Counseling Office at Folsom Lake College. Joe started talking to me out of the blue, and I honestly had no idea what to do with myself. I am as shy as it comes, and I wanted to know why this guy was talking to me! After asking me a million questions, I finally caved in and we had a wonderful conversation. He actually surprised me and gave me his number and told me if I ever wanted to meet up outside of school, to give him a call. Joe always told me that it was never a coincidence that we met. Five years after that encounter, he proposed to me at the Golden Gate Bridge in San Fransisco!. We have actually already said I do January 17th, 2020 and had our beautiful baby girl Ayotallah in June.
