Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. In early December, Italy generally experiences cool to cold, damp weather, with significant regional variations. It is a transitional period, with winter setting in—ranging from mild and rainy in the south central part. Central Italy (Rome, Florence, Tuscany): Cool and frequently wet, with daytime highs around 46°F–57°F (8°C–14°C) and chilly nights (36°F–45°F / 2°C–7°C). Rome usually sees highs around 54°F–57°F and lows near 38°F–42°F. Daylight: Days are short, with about 4–5 hours of average daily sunshine. 11 am --> Religious ceremony begins at the Cathedral. 12 noon --> Ceremony ends, travel to reception. 12:30 pm--> Shuttle will transport guests to Villa Iva reception ( 15 min away from the Cathedral). Shuttle bus will wait outside the Cathedral until ceremony ends. 1 pm--> Cocktail and appetizers hour ( first floor ) at Villa Iva. 2 pm--> Guests enter reception ( second floor ) at Villa Iva. 2:30 pm--> Newlyweds Grand Entrance 2:30 pm --> First dance 2:45 pm--> Toasts 3 pm--> Meal provided 4:30 pm--> Cake cutting 4:45 pm--> Party Time ! ***There is no reception ending time*** Shuttle buses will be available to return guests back to the Cathedral area or Chieti Scalo station. 11:00 --> Inicio de la ceremonia religiosa en la Catedral. 12:00 --> Fin de la ceremonia, traslado a la recepción. 12:30 --> El autobús de enlace transportará a los invitados a la recepción en Villa Iva (a 15 minutos de la Catedral). For guests who will be driving themselves, there will be parking space available at the Villa Iva venue. For parking near the cathedral please use public paid parking lots available. A banquet featuring food and drinks will follow the ceremony. We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated lunch (seafood) and dessert. Please note that our venue has a strict reserved seats policy, and we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation and mentioned on the RSVP page. We are allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation, an additional guest or (plus-one) can be accommodated ahead of time. Please kindly RSVP by November 5th, 2026. Makes sure your plus-One guest is listed on the RSVP as well.
