We're Getting Married!

Just two high school sweethearts who fell in love at first sight… SIKE. Sabrina was introduced to Diego sophomore year of high school, and from that very moment, she knew. He played basketball, was tall, dressed up for game days, family-oriented, and wore Pink Dolphin?? Say less. With no phone of her own yet, Sabrina and Diego spent their early days talking over Twitter. She’d casually ask him what the Spanish homework was despite already knowing the answer. Smooth. As they talked more, they realized they had a lot in common… minus the yapping, of course (Sabrina’s specialty, and she owns it). Then came April 30th, Sabrina’s birthday - when Diego officially asked her to be his girlfriend, and that’s when everything changed. From high school hallways to real life milestones, they’ve been living their best lives ever since. Along the way, they even welcomed their sweetest (and furriest) addition, Canelo! So what’s next? The Super Bowl… I mean, the wedding. For years, they’ve dreamed of celebrating their love surrounded by everyone who means the most to them, all in one unforgettable place, Tepatitlán, Jalisco. This city, where Diego’s grandparents are from, holds a very special place in their hearts, and they’re beyond excited to share it with all of you. Twelve years later, and here we are, still laughing, still in love, still roasting each other, still choosing each other every day, and raising our sweet boy, Canelo, who keeps us on our toes. But who’s counting?! (Sabrina is. Obviously.) Solo dos enamorados de la preparatoria que se enamoraron a primera vista… ¡SIKE! A Sabrina le presentaron a Diego en su segundo año de preparatoria y, desde ese mismo momento, ella lo supo. Él jugaba básquetbol, era alto, se arreglaba para los días de partido, orientado a la familia...¿y usaba ropa de Pink Dolphin?? No digas más. Sin tener todavía su propio celular, Sabrina y Diego pasaban sus primeros días hablando por Twitter. Ella “casualmente” le preguntaba cuál era la tarea de español aunque ya supiera la respuesta. Suave. A medida que hablaban más, se dieron cuenta de que tenían mucho en común… excepto por lo habladora, claro (especialidad de Sabrina, y lo admite con orgullo). Luego llegó el 30 de abril, el cumpleaños de Sabrina, cuando Diego oficialmente le pidió que fuera su novia, y ahí fue cuando todo cambió. Desde los pasillos de la preparatoria hasta los grandes momentos de la vida real, han estado viviendo su mejor vida desde entonces. En el camino, incluso le dieron la bienvenida a su adición más dulce (y peludito), ¡Canelo! ¿Y qué sigue? El Super Bowl… digo, la boda. Durante años, han soñado con celebrar su amor rodeados de todas las personas que más significan para ellos, todo en un lugar inolvidable: Tepatitlán, Jalisco. Esta ciudad, de donde son los abuelos de Diego, ocupa un lugar muy especial en sus corazones, y están más que emocionados de compartirla con todos ustedes. Doce años después, aquí estamos: todavía riendo, todavía enamorados, todavía molestándonos el uno al otro, todavía eligiéndonos cada día y criando a nuestro dulce niño, Canelo, que nos mantiene siempre en movimiento.
