What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive and be seated no later than 5:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please celebrate with us at an adult’s only event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The chef at our venue will make any accommodation necessary. Please let me know ASAP, or anytime before wedding day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, lots of parking in front of the venue.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP is required by April 15, 2024. That can be completed on our website home page!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We respectfully request our guests not to bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire and formal Ranchwear. No white please! The ceremony will be outside.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do! We suggest the Tanque Verde Ranch, the Hilton on Broadway, Embassy Suites on Speedway and Wilmot.
