FAQs

We've had quite a few questions already so here you can find (almost) everything. But, if you have any other questions that are not listed here, you can reach out to Sabrina (951) 323-1513. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Question

What's the dress code? Can we wear costumes?

Answer

The dress code can be found under the "Schedule" tab! Although it's Halloween and as much as we love dressing up and all the spooky festivities, please do not come in costume.

Question

Will kids be allowed?

Answer

We love all our little ones so much, however, we request that they stay home for this one. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What's the parking like?

Answer

Don't sweat the parking, we got you covered! There will be valet provided for everyone! However, the entrance is a steep driveway and the valet lot is gravel so if you plan on driving a lowered car, make sure you have zip ties for your body kits!

Question

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1, 2024 using the RSVP tab in the website!

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour lounge and reception area are all artificial grass and everything around is paved.

Question

I have food allergies, how do I let you know?

Answer

Our dinner service will be "family style" so each table will get a little bit of everything we picked out, that way it's a little easier to avoid certain, more obvious foods. For any specific food allergies, please reach out to us as soon as possible so I can let our planner know!

Question

What's the bar situation?

Answer

We'll have an open bar until it reaches our predetermined dollar limit, then it'll convert to a cash bar. All other alcohol is not permitted so hold on to your booze until the next party!

Question

The venue is Ethereal "Gardens," how can I plan accordingly?

Answer

The venue is a botanical garden so it's mostly outdoors with lots of greenery and flowers around so if you are sensitive, it would be a good idea to take allergy medication (non-drowsy!). The ceremony and reception will be under a covered canopy, however, it's also outside in October so there will be some outdoor heaters just in case but a jacket for nighttime would be best!
