Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, formal/black tie optional. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. This is the time to get fancy! Oh and this goes without saying, but no white please :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes your partner's name, yes! If not, unfortunately we are not allowing plus ones. We hope you understand!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If the kids names are on the invitation, yes! If not, nope! Please leave kids at home that are not part of our family. This is a party! Enjoy your night kids free!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. Ceremony is at 3:45pm, so 3:15pm!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be at the Swan Reserve Hotel near the Disney miniature golf area

Is the event outside?

Answer

Nope! This is an all indoors wedding (not taking any chances in Florida). We will have a balcony accessible for cocktail hour (and reception) if you would like!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

YES! Please make sure you plan ahead for driving if you plan on drinking so you can get home safely.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! We will all gather downstairs at the bar/pool area. If anyone wants to, go to Disney's Boardwalk across the street! Great bars such as Jelly Rolls!

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

No! We are going to have an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. After for cocktail hour and reception, you are free to take as many pictures as you want!
