What is the easiest way to get to and from Willowdale Estate?

Answer

We will be providing transportation from both hotels where we have reserved blocks in Amesbury and Newburyport. The buses will be departing the hotels at 3:45pm to ensure people arrive on time for the ceremony. Buses will return to the hotels at 10:30pm, we will also have the bus drop off at the after party location in downtown Newburyport.

What is the dress code?

Formal cocktail attire is requested.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We will have the ceremony in an open courtyard and the reception will be tented. The estate is air conditioned inside and will be accessible for the entirety of the event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask all guests to arrive by 4:15 pm, to allow for enough time to park, grab a welcome drink, and find a seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, however there is limited parking availability at the venue. We do ask that folks staying in one of the designated hotels or in the Newburyport area to take the provided shuttles.

While we love everyone's children we do ask that this is an adults only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the night!
