Question

Driving vs Flying?

Answer

If you are looking for an adventure here and back, driving is the way to go! Otherwise, Boston is a very easy, walkable city. Major con about having a vehicle is PARKING. Most places charge $45 for 2hr-24hr parking in the garages and street parking, if you can find a spot, has a 2-4hr limit. If you do need a car, we recommend renting one if you need to get out of the city (ex: Salem, Plymouth, Cape Cod). But both hotels offer parking!

Question

Hotels

Answer

We have 2 places locked for the wedding. If you are looking to book at one of them and see that they are full, please contact us ASAP so we can unlock more rooms!

Question

Where are the best places to eat?

Answer

Everywhere! Chris and I have not found a place that we will say "Avoid like the Plague". Different parts of the city is known for different styles of food. Ex: North End for Italian and Southy for comfort.

Question

The Transit System!?

Answer

https://www.mbta.com/

Question

Uber, Lyft, Cab?

Answer

Boston has all 3 in the area! We would say use them for getting from and to the airport if you are uneasy with the "T".

Question

Cash? Credit Card?

Answer

Most of Boston is CC friendly. Few places we know that are CASH ONLY and they are in the North End. Old school til the end.

Question

A dress code!?

Answer

Yes. Cocktail attire but dress accordingly. It is strictly an outside event.
