To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, RSVP no later than May 15, 2026 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab above. If you do not RSVP by this time we will assume that you are not attending and the final guest list will be submitted. Please also RVSP ‘no’ if you can’t make it- you will be missed!
There will be limited parking available. To help us reserve close parking for guests with mobility needs, we strongly encourage ordering an Uber/car-pooling. We will have a shuttle for all guests running from the reception site to Eagle Crest Resort. The shuttle will run for an hour prior to the wedding start, and two hours at the end of the reception. However, there is limited residential street parking that would require a walk to the ceremony site. Cars can be left overnight if needed.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We'd love to see our family & friends get dressed up with us for our big day! Dress in your best semi-formal/cocktail attire. Floral prints and bright & light colors are encouraged. Dresses of any length, preferably no jeans. The ceremony will be held outdoors on gravel. Avoid shades of white, that color is taken ;)
We will provide a few specialty cocktails and various beers/wines/seltzers.
Typically June weather in Central Oregon is mid to high 70's during the day and mid to high 40's at night. But the weather does what it wants so plan accordingly. We recommend bringing sunglasses and a jacket for after the sun goes down.
