Do I Have To RSVP?

Answer

YES! This is the only way we can keep track of attendance. NO RSVP, NO ENTRY! If you fail to RSVP, then we will accept that as a formal decline and will not be able to accommodate you on the day of. When Should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 1st and let us know if you have RSVP’d but are no longer able to attend. We are unable to accommodate anyone past this deadline per the resort. We understand that uncontrollable issues do occur. We do ask that you please inform us as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend. We appreciate your honesty versus a no show!

How Do I Book My Flight?

You will need to book a flight, with your airline of choice, to Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is about an hour from the airport.

We ask that you please book your rooms on aislebelovinglane.destify.com! This is the same site that you will RSVP on. Booking your rooms on this site notifies the resort that you are our wedding guests.

Is There a Room Block?

We do not have a room block reserved so no space is being held at the hotel. Book your stay as early as you can after receiving your formal invitation to guarantee your room at the resort.

Please wait until your formal invitation arrives to start booking your room so that you have an accurate headcount for your household. But please RSVP in the meantime.

When Will The Final Payment For My Room Be Due?

Final payments are due 65 days prior to your departure date which will be vary for everyone but will be sometime in June 2024. Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time. Price matching is available at the time of booking; restrictions apply.

How Do I Get To The Resort?

Answer

Round trip ground transportation from the airport is available for purchase. When booking your room on the Destify website (aislebelovinglane.destify.com) you will be asked if you would like to add either a private or shared roundtrip shuttle transfer to and from the resort. There are also cabs available at the airport.

Do I Need A Passport?

Answer

Yes! Everyone traveling will need a valid passport book. Please be sure your passport is valid at least through February 2025 (6 months past travel dates). If you need to renew your current passport or apply for a new one, the routine processing time is currently 6-8 weeks.

What Is Included In My Stay?

All packages are all-inclusive with unlimited dining and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), activities, entertainment, taxes and fees. Your stay at The Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa includes access to 13 bars, 13 restaurants, 4 gorgeous pools, 4 Jacuzzis, and 5 swim-up bars to choose from, a gym, daily fitness classes, spa & wellness center, complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and throughout the property, as well as nightly live entertainment. Play a game of beach volleyball, try your hand at mini-golf, or just relax on the beach and soak up the sun.

What Is The Wedding Atire?

The attire for the wedding is black tie. Please keep in mind, the wedding ceremony and possibly the cocktail hour will be outside but not in the sand. The reception will be held inside in a ballroom.

What Time Should I Arrive At Your Wedding Ceremony?

We are asking our guests to arrive by 1:40pm in order to be in their seats at least 20 minutes before the ceremony starts. While you’re waiting, please feel free to acknowledge and mingle with the other guests. The exact locations for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be provided at a later date.

Am I Allowed To Take Photos At The Wedding?

We ask that our guests please refrain from utilizing cell phones during the ceremony to not interfere with the photographer/videographers who are there to capture our moment. But once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures and videos! Be sure to utilize our hashtags and tag us!
