GETTING TO NEW ZEALAND

If traveling from abroad please ensure your passport is up to date.
New Zealand has no vaccination requirements to enter the country. 

GETTING TO WAIHEKE

Waiheke is a haven of beautiful vineyards, olive groves, and beaches, all just a 40-minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland.

We recommend flying into Auckland, as it is the closest capital city to Waiheke Island. 

Guests can choose to book accommodation in either Auckland or on Waiheke Island. 

FERRIES

If staying in Auckland, Waiheke Island is a 40-minute ferry ride from the Downtown Auckland ferry terminal on the Fullers ferry (passenger only). 

Another option is the Sea Link ferry which can transport both vehicles & passengers; this leaves from Half Moon Bay. 

If travelling directly from Auckland on the day of the wedding, the latest ferry recommended is the 3PM Fullers ferry.

Tickets can be purchased online or in person on the day. Given queue times, it is recommended to pre-book ferry tickets .
