Since he was an upperclassman, he graduated before me, but I always knew he wouldn’t leave my life. As the years went on, we became real close friends. We’ve found a safe haven in each other, we’ve prayed together, battled through things together, have given each other advice on important life decisions, talked about dating, theology, hard times, confusing times and good times.
