Where is the ceremony and when should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all located at Fleetwood Farm Winery in Leesburg, VA. We ask that guests arrive at 4:30pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. There is parking on site.

Is there a shuttle bus to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle bus for guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Reston Town Center. The bus will pick up guests from the main hotel entrance at 3:45pm for a 4:00pm departure. When the party ends at 11:00pm, guests will board the same bus and arrive back at the Hyatt at 11:30pm. There will be one shuttle departing Fleetwood at 9:45pm, for any guests who may need to get back to the Hyatt before 11:30pm. Please note: For guests who are Ubering to the venue, it can be difficult to get an Uber from the winery late on a Saturday night. We will have an additional bus to bring guests from the venue back to Reston @11:00pm. Guests will have an easier time getting a Uber home from Reston Town Center. *Alcohol is not permitted on any of the busses

What should I wear?

Summer Formal Attire: Long dresses, suit with a tie.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We can't wait to welcome you to our wedding. Please note the event is child-free, with the exception of children in the wedding party.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be inside. In case of inclement weather, all events will be moved inside.
