What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15–30 minutes before the ceremony starts to find your seat and get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM, so arriving a little early ensures you won’t miss a moment of the celebration!

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal / cocktail / dressy casual. Think suits or dress shirts and slacks for men, and cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women. We’d love for everyone to feel polished and festive, but still comfortable enough to dance the night away!

Kids are welcome if they’re specifically listed on your invitation. Please check your invite to see if your little ones are included—we can’t wait to celebrate with the whole family!

Yes! Convenient parking is available at the venue, so you can arrive stress-free and ready to celebrate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be a shuttle from Moxy Nashville Vanderbilt Area hotel to make getting to the ceremony easy and stress-free. The venue is also accessible via rideshare if you prefer to go on your own schedule.
