What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

Where should I sit?
Answer
At the ceremony in the church, please sit anywhere you'd like that is not marked "reserved." At the reception, we have assigned tables; please see the seating chart when you arrive.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
As much as we absolutely adore kids, please only bring those who are listed on the invitation. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will NOT be an open bar. Please come prepared to purchase your own alcohlic beverages and please drink responsibly.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please submit your RSVPs online through this website by May 1st. If you do not reply by this date, you will not be able to attend the reception, however, you may still attend the ceremony, for we do not need a head count for this. Please RSVP to both the ceremony and reception when prompted.

Can I take photos?
Answer
Leave it to the professionals! Please refrain from taking photos with your phones, especially during the ceremony. If you do take photos at the reception, upload them to the QR code on your table to share with us!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be inside the church that has AC. Cocktail hour will take place outside on the patio. The ski area chair lift to the summit will be open for use from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm. In the event of rain or bad weather, you will be directed to the Coppertop Lounge, and the ski lift will not be in operation. The reception will take place inside the ski lodge, in the Granite Room. Please follow all signage onsite.

Where can I park?
Answer
The church is located at 84 Salem Street, Fitchburg. You may park in the lots next to or across from the church, as well as the lot across from the old school at 123 Salem Street. The reception will be held at the Wachusett Mountain Ski Lodge at 41 Mile Hill Rd, Westminster. There is plenty of parking in the main parking lot, closest to the building. Follow signage upon arrival.
