Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1st.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have very limited space at our venue so only RSVP for a guest if you have an “add guest” option or who is on the list. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola and through Amazon. Both links can be found underneath the RSVP tab on this website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony at St. Helen Catholic Church will start promptly at 1:30 PM. Please arrive before then so you can find your way in and find a spot.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for this event is Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. No jeans. Please do not wear white.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome. Children under the age of 6 must stay in the cry room at the church during the wedding ceremony.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The church parking lot can fit many cars but the reception has a limited amount of space. Please carpool to save parking spots at the reception so everyone can find a spot. There will be ushers that work at the reception to help guide guests to the parking lots and there will be a golf cart taking guests to and from the parking lot to the venue.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held inside of the church. The reception at Villa Antonia will have indoor and outdoor seating.

Answer

Please contact me at 512-934-8688 with any food allergies or concerns so I can make arrangements with the caterer.
