What is the dress code?

Our wedding is garden formal with a light, summery feel. We suggest tea-length dresses, elegant floral patterns, and light, airy fabrics. Gentlemen might consider linen suits or smart, breathable attire—something polished yet comfortable for the day. Since part of the ceremony will take place in a church, we recommend bringing a shawl or wrap to cover your shoulders. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed beautifully and ready to celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 AM, so we suggest arriving 30–45 minutes early. This will give you plenty of time to find parking and settle in, especially since the church is in the heart of a busy city. We can’t wait to celebrate with you, and arriving a little early will help you relax and enjoy every moment!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! We can only accommodate those named on your invitation, but if it says “Guest,” you’re welcome to bring a plus one—please let us know their name ahead of time so we can make sure they’re included in the celebration.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are several convenient options for parking: valet parking is available through the Battery Wharf Hotel and Mamma Maria restaurant, and there is also street parking as well as nearby pay-to-park lots. We recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot so you can arrive relaxed and ready to celebrate!

What happens if it rains?

Our ceremony will take place inside the church, but you will need to walk outside to the restaurant afterward. Just in case of rain, we suggest bringing an umbrella so you stay dry and your outfit stays picture-perfect. We want everyone to enjoy the day comfortably, rain or shine!
