What the heck?! I tried to book a room on the website and there are no rooms available!

Answer

There's an issue with the website- there ARE rooms, but they are not showing up online (I know, we're really annoyed by this too). The hotel is aware and trying to fix the issue. Please call 845-457-7373 to book a room and make sure to use our discount code KPW.

What time do I need to be there?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony and be in your seats no later than 6:00pm. Ceremony starts promptly at 6:15pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

WHAT A GREAT QUESTION! Why yes, there is :) There will be a hotel shuttle going to and from Holiday Inn Express Montgomery/City Winery Hudson Valley. Shuttle service starts at 5:15pm and is available throughout the night until 11:30pm. You can also call the front desk for pick up/dropoff to/from the hotel/venue. The shuttle sits about 12 passengers.
