We were unable to get any good group rates on rooms or flights. 
We have found that Travelocity.com & Hotwire.com offer some very affordable packages that can be specialized to your preferred vacation needs. In our research, Newark (EWR) airport seems to be less expensive than Philadelphia Int'l (PHL). 

**It is recommended to book transportation from airport to hotel ahead of time. We used a group option that worked great!**

As of April 1st, the $10 tourist fee upon arrival is now part of your airfare fees.
