Ryon's Point of View: Funny thing is, I’ve been cooking for Ja’Nay since we met. << Rewind Y’all ever had a Soulfood Burrito? Well that day, Ja’Nay and Jasmine ordered two. Play > Where? At The Dallas Farmer’s Market. The weather? Cold and wet. My posture? Hands over the grill. My eyes you ask? On this girl that just ordered. Thoughts? Break the ice. Hmmmm, look, look, look, bingo… Pearls. “Oo y’all are AKAs huh?” Insert Chatter. Food took a little longer to prepare than expected; and to be honest, glad it did. I rolled the burritos up, to perfection by the way (not to brag), and sent them on their way. Fast Forward >> Turns out, she is a close friend of a close friend and we end up at the same birthday brunch. She was LATE (should’ve known then), but if our eyes could talk, they would’ve said, “What are we waiting on.” It felt like we were meant for each other and TO THIS DAY!!! That same fire burns within. Ja’Nay’s Point of View: I had just gotten to the Dallas Farmers Market, when a little girl stopped me to chat. Out of nowhere Ryon comes up to us and just starts cheesing. No words. Just teeth. I smiled and then walked away to head over to Brunchaholics, after all, that was the reason why I was there that day. I ordered a Soul Food Burrito and then wandered off. When I came back to pick up my order, to my surprise, Ryon was wrapping up my Burrito. We didn't speak, but our eyes did. I smiled, I grabbed my food, and went on my way knowing that I would see him again someday... & that I did, with Jasmine, two weeks later. This was the day Ryon and I 'officially' met. :) Fast Forward: We ended up being at the same birthday brunch. I walked in, saw Ryon and was shook! I smiled at him and sat down. (far away from him lol) A few minutes later Ryon comes up to me and whispers in my ear “You Fine as Hell” I laughed and whispered back “You Fine as Hell too." We both laughed and although we didn't say it, you could tell we were both thinking *ABOUT TIME*
