What’s the dress code?

Answer

Garden attire - our venue is a rustic farm setting, so dressy but comfortable is perfect. Since it’ll be summer, lightweight fabrics are your best friend. Heels might sink in the grass, so wedges or flats are a great choice. We also suggest wearing something colorful to match the fun, celebratory vibe of the day! Suits/ties and cocktail dresses are totally welcome, but no need to go black-tie fancy.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, the cocktail hour will take place in a mixed indoor/outdoor space, and the reception will take place inside - however, the venue does not have A/C - please dress accordingly. :-)

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of immediate family). We hope this gives you a night to relax, dance, and enjoy!

Do I get a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, then yes! If not, we’d love to celebrate with just you. We promise you’ll have plenty of people to dance with. ;-)

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Since we’ll be flying in, we kindly ask that no physical gifts be brought. If you’d like, you can contribute to our honeymoon fund instead, but your presence is the greatest gift of all. :-)

Is there a shuttle to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, we have arranged a bus to depart SpringHill Suites hotel at 3:30 pm. The bus will also take guests back to the hotel at the end of night at 10:00 pm. For other times, please arrange directly with the hotel to use their hotel shuttle. Please note that ridesharing services are not available in Latrobe, so please plan accordingly.

Yes, there is a gravel lot that you can park at.
