When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please make sure to RSVP by June 13, 2026! Refer to the RSVP card included with your physical invitation. If you misplaced your RSVP card, please reach out to Rylie at (775) 388-7326.
Question
Will food be provided?
Answer
Yes! Our dinner caterer for the reception is Fiore Pizza, and our menu includes a selection of hand crafted wood-fired pizzas. We will also be providing dessert, catered by Pinguino's Gelato. If you do not RSVP on time, you will unfortunately not be provided with food, as our caterers need an exact guest count ahead of time to determine food quantity that they will be bringing.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
If a ceremony card was included with your physical invitation, please arrive no later than 4:30 pm, as the ceremony will begin punctually at 5:00 pm. If a ceremony card was not included with your invitation, reception events will occur between 6:00 pm and 9:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to suits and ties - wear whatever feels like you. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels! Also, keep in mind that our wedding is taking place in July, so it will likely be hot outside. Our wedding party will be wearing butter yellow, coral pink, and sunset orange. We'd love for our wedding party to stand out, so we are asking that guests avoid these colors when choosing what to wear! Thank you!

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking on site. If needed, there is additional parking at the church across the street. Please refer to the picture of the parking map in the 'Our Venue' tab. Please note, parking on the street is not allowed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation to and from the hotels to our venue. Please keep this in mind when booking your hotel! We have listed recommended hotels with discounts and drive time on the 'Travel' tab.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your guest is listed on your invite and/or you have included them in your RSVP submission, then you are welcome to bring a guest! Otherwise, please do not bring extra guests, as we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! If you have young children and are attending our ceremony, we kindly ask that you sit either on the outsides of the rows or in the back row of the ceremony seating in case of potential disruption. If you have further questions, please reach out to Rylie at (775) 388-7326.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, there will be alcohol present and bar services inside of our venue after the ceremony has concluded. We understand that many of our family and friends are LDS, and we'd hate for anyone to feel uncomfortable by the presence of alcohol. If this is the case for you, we'd still love to see you if possible.
