Question

When is the RSVP Deadline

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by November 1st, 2026.

Question

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by November 1, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating or food accommodations for you.)

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Portland City Hall, State of Maine Room, on the second floor. The building has elevators!

Question

Where is the reception?

Answer

Mechanics' Hall, in the ballroom on the third floor. The building has elevators!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open to the ceremony at 3:40 p.m. The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive prior to that time. Doors will close at 4:00 p.m. and will not open again until after the ceremony. Doors will open to the reception at 5 p.m. Dinner will begin at 5:15 p.m.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear cocktail attire in a fall color! Since the guest list is small, we would like everyone to wear a fall color so that folks look cohesive in photos.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, this will be a child-free wedding.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors with only a 8 minute walk to the indoor reception!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We hired a professional to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Please use this time to be fully present as we say "I do". After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Only wine, beer, and selzteres will be served. Plus options for non-alcoholic drinks as well!
