Please let us know your plans by January 20th. This will allow us to give our vendors proper finalization of plans and headcount specifics. Thank you for understanding :)
While we adore your children, our wedding will be an adult‑only event. Our children will be included in the ceremony and early reception, but will not stay for the full evening. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
We suggest arrival to the ceremony by 3:30pm to plan ahead for parking, and being picked up by the shuttle to take you down to the ceremony spot in time for the start of the wedding. Since this is a Friday wedding, we highly suggest to please allow extra time for traffic. Saint Cloud and the surrounding areas (Orlando, Lake Nona, downtown Saint Cloud) can experience heavy delays during school dismissals and rush hour. Plan ahead so you arrive relaxed and ready to celebrate!
We invite you to join us in dressy casual attire as we celebrate our spring wedding. Think Sunday best or church‑appropriate outfits—Jeans are welcome! Please keep in mind: the ceremony and Cocktail hour will be outdoors in Florida’s March humidity, with grass with paver and gravel walkways. Comfortable shoe choices are encouraged. Most importantly, don’t stress about what to wear—we simply want you to feel at ease and enjoy the day with us!
Lake Nona has a couple of good options for hotels, but as far as Saint Cloud is concerned, the options are slim. Check out our travel tab for some additional suggestions! For groups or families traveling together, we recommend checking Airbnb or Vrbo for nearby homes and condos. This can be a convenient option since Saint Cloud has limited hotel choices.
