You should be sitting in a seat for the ceremony no later than 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time. This is per the policy of the venue.
As this is a destination wedding, we would appreciate your presence in lieu of a gift. However if you would still like to give a gift, we prefer a contribution to our honeymoon fund. Both our registries are linked under the registry section of our website.
No, the guest count is very limited as we want to keep things on the smaller side. When you RSVP through the website, the allowed guests in your party will be listed. Please do not bring anyone not listed in your party.
For the most part no, our wedding is child free. We love all the kiddos in our lives, but the itinerary is just not right for little ones. If this means you can’t make it we completely understand and would love to celebrate with those who can’t make it when we come back! There will also be a video download available for those who can’t make it but still want to watch 🩷
We are asking that everyone is in Vegas by Thursday, December 11. We want to give ample time to make it in case any weather emergencies occur. The bride and groom will be flying in on Wednesday, December 10th to do wedding things they can only accomplish in person, so please feel free to come as early as you’d like.
We are staying at the Flamingo Hotel, this is also the location of the ceremony, but any Caesar's property is nearby. If you choose to stay at the Flamingo, we do have a code for 10% off your stay.
If you stay at the Flamingo, there is no need to commute. However if you choose to stay elsewhere, you will have to ensure your own transportation to and from the ceremony site.
There is no direct airport shuttle provided by the Flamingo Hotel. However, they do have a spot where you can catch a general shuttle to the strip which is where the Flamingo is located. This policy could be different should you choose to stay at any other hotel. Please check with your hotel of choice as it will be YOUR responsibility to make sure you get to and from the airport.
Most of the guests are choosing to walk. If this is not something you’d like to do, or if you’re unable to do so, we recommend public transportation or a ride share. If you are walking, please dress for the weather! It’s about a 30 minute walk each way.
We are going to be doing a family style Italian meal at Bucca Di Beppo. When it's time to RSVP, we will have each guest select their preferred main dish. There are a ton of options in a variety of diets. However if we need to make an order due to a dietary need or allergy, we are happy to place that order. Please let us know when you RSVP should you need anything.
We will take care of your meal! The only things that are extra are alcohol and desserts.
After dinner, the wedding party and friends are planning on roaming the strip, drinking, and having a good time. If this interests you, please feel free to join us (21+) However if this doesn’t interest you, the world is your oyster. Please feel free to use this time as you wish to find fun things to do in Vegas. Play some slots, catch a movie, go to an arcade. There is a TON to do in Sin City!
Semi-Formal! We ask that you guys dress to impress in your best! Keep in mind the average high in Vegas at the time of the wedding is 60 degrees and the ceremony is outdoors. If you think you’ll get cold, we recommend wearing a jacket or having long sleeves. Below is a linked Pinterest board with some inspiration! https://pin.it/519nqmSEa
We kindly ask that you avoid traditional bridal colors (white, ivory, etc) in including any accents, patterns, and outerwear accessories (jackets, shawls, wraps, etc). If you arrive in white, you will be asked to change before the ceremony begins. Please also avoid satin/charmeuse and anything off the shoulder. Any other color/fabric is perfectly acceptable! The wedding party will be in black. We also ask to please follow our dress code as close as possible! We are asking for absolutely no jeans, and nothing more casual than dress khakis(NOT cargo!) Dress to impress for your weekend in Vegas! Outside of that, if you’re unsure if what you’ve chosen works please don’t hesitate to reach out to Ryleigh and check in!
If your outfit is wrinkled, the hotel offers a steaming service. There is a minimum $75 fee depending on how complicated the garment is and how easily wrinkled the fabric is. The hotel asks to give them a 24 hour turn around time. We recommend you either bring a steamer, use the iron the room provides, or fly in with enough time to allow the hotel to steam it and get it back with plenty of time to spare before the wedding.
The bride and groom are going to be very busy leading up to the wedding. They will try to make time to welcome everyone to town as they arrive, but please note they will be doing last minute things such as getting their outfits pressed, getting the marriage license, rehearsal, hair and makeup trials, and more in the day or two before the wedding. Please be patient and they will try to see everyone as much as possible
It’s going to be football season! Las Vegas is home to the Raiders. Keep an eye on the NFL schedule if you’d like the opportunity to catch a game should you be in town for it.
Ryleigh is incredibly frazzled trying to figure everything out, please contact her with any questions you have that aren’t already answered here. Please be patient as she works 6 days a week and Chandler works overnights. Both find it difficult to respond immediately but will get back to you as soon as possible. If they don’t know the answer to your question, they will contact someone who can help them find out for you
