We have blocked off a total of ten rooms at The Village Inn in Lakefield. All reserved rooms are on the ground level of the hotel, and all rooms have parking lot access. The accommodations are approximately 15 minutes away from Gordon Estate's Farm. We kindly ask that you book your stay at The Village Inn Lakefield as soon as you are able as the rooms are not guaranteed to be held later than a few weeks before the wedding. Pets are welcome! There are two rooms available that are pet friendly. There is a $25.00 fee per pet / per night. Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm on Friday June 23rd, 2023. Check-out is 11:00am on Sunday June 25th, 2023. A continental breakfast is provided each morning of your stay. DO NOT book online, to have the discount applied you must book your stay over the phone. The Lakeside Motel Cabins are attached units, traditional motel style. We will be offering daytime and night time shuttles to and from the Clifford Cattle Co. Farm to save on parking and to make it easier for you to retrieve your vehicle at the end of the night. The shuttle service being provided has individual seats and AC to make sure you are as comfortable as possible while on the road. SHUTTLE PICK UP SCHEDULE Stop #1 North Kawartha Community Centre 2:30pm Stop #2 Burleigh Falls Inn 2:50pm Stop #3 Lakefield Arena 3:10pm Stop #4 Arrival at the Wedding Venue at approx. 3:30pm *Ceremony starts at 4:00pm so you should have time to grab yourself a drink and find your seat* SHUTTLE DROP OFF SCHEDULE The Shuttle Bus is making the same stops as above in reverse order at the following times -Bus Departure #1 : 11:00pm -Bus Departure #2: 1:00am We ask that anyone who wishes to enjoy a few beverages with us throughout the night, take advantage of this service.
