35-40 Minutes Prior. This gives you plenty of time to find your seat, settle in, and enjoy the moment without feeling rushed. Plus, arriving early helps ensure the ceremony starts smoothly and on time.
There is a van that can pick you up at your guest house, you may walk, or you can have a van pick you up at the Resorts main lobby. Just please be sure to let the bride and groom of your plans so they can plan the van accordingly and everyone gets there on time.
Please book through Mountain Top Resort to receive 20% your stay. You MUST call them to book your hotel room to get 20% of lodging. You can't do it online. Please call 802-483-2311 to book your rooms and state you are with "Ryleigh and Caleb's Wedding"

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate kids on our wedding day.
The welcome party is for those staying on the site, the night before the wedding (June 3, 2026). It is after the rehearsal dinner. A van will come and shuttle you down to the beach pavilion where the party is taking place. The dress code is casual with a beachy theme, sundresses, jeans and a nice top, sweaters, etc. There will be smores and a cash only bar available.
The rehearsal dinner is strictly the bridal party, bride and grooms parents and grandparents, and the spouses/partner of those in the bridal party, we will not be accommodating other guests till the welcome party!

Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors at Mountain Top Resort. Please dress accordingly and check the weather forecast. The reception will be held indoors.
Yes! We’re excited to host a Welcome Party the night before the wedding. It’s a great chance to relax, meet other guests, and kick off the celebrations. Please see the schedule section of the website for timeline. Please be advised if you attend the Welcome Party at the Beach Pavilion they only accept cash at the bar and there is limited wifi/service.

If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home: 44 Meadow Lane, Castleton Vermont, 05735 A wedding card box will be at our reception as well.
Our reception will end around 11:00 PM and there will be an after-party at the same location, just a different room. There will be a cash bar and complementary late-night bites.
Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images.
We do not have a room block, however there is plenty of space at Mountain Top Resort if you book in a timely manner. Please book your stay ASAP as rooms come on a first come first serve basis. Please state you are staying for our wedding while booking to receive our 20% of lodging.
