Question

Are children welcome?

Unfortunately we are requesting an adult only ceremony and all guests will be over 18 years of age.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want to create a fantasy atmosphere- We ask that you still come in your best formal attire, but add a fantasy aspect such as elf ears, antlers, etc. Eclectic vibes and outfits are welcome, but keep it classy! Is there lodging at the venue?

Answer

There is! But there is a limited number of cabins on site for rental, please contact Syd or Rylee ASAP if you would like to stay on site with them! We will be assigning cabins to guests based on availability and sending out our cabin assignments. If a cabin is not available for you there will be accommodations outside of the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony? Is there transportation from hotels nearby?

Answer

Yes! There will be guest parking onsite, with one allotted spot per cabin. For any guests staying outside of the lodge, you will need to find transportation to the venue. We recommend asking someone at the lodge to come and pick you up!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be asking guests to RSVP twice- once with the arrival of the save the date invitation and once again with the arrival of the official invite. Ideally, the first RSVP will be made 8 months before the wedding date, and the second should be made 4 months before the wedding date. RSVP’s are required of guests wanting to attend due to the out of state accommodations and to help Syd and Rylee better plan for their guests.
