Please RSVP by April 23rd. If you haven’t done so by then, we will assume you’re not coming and we will not be able to accommodate you. We have to provide our vendors with a final guest count!!
Our venue is located only a short 20 minute drive from both Osceola and Indianola making travel for both our family and friends a little easier we hope. We have reserved a few hotel blocks for the weekend and done some research on nearby campgrounds. Please find the travel tab for more information.
Unfortunately, we have a guest limit set by the venue. If we were able to accommodate your whole family or a plus one, your invitation will be addressed as follows: (Name) & “Family” or (Family’s Names)/“Plus One”. We are extremely thankful to have so many family and friends who we would like to celebrate our day with.
Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors with an "indoor" reception to follow. Our venue has a fully air conditioned/heated tent where this will be held. Should the weather not allow for us to be outside everything will be held in the tent.
Please reach out to Rylee or Riley and we can coordinate with the caterer.
We plan for guests to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Please arrive anytime from 4:00-4:30!
Our venue asks that guests begin to leave at 10:30pm.
We will be providing drinks! We are able to have anything in a can/bottle (beer, seltzers, mixed drinks, etc) or your choice of wine. We will not be obtaining a liquor license so liquor will not be on the drink menu. Yes, we will have water and other non-alcoholic beverages. Please reach out with any specific drink requests!
We plan to eat shortly after the reception begins. Don’t worry we won’t let you go hungry!
For any inquiries about the venue layout please find the tab labeled map.
Come to celebrate in cocktail attire. This could be as simple as a dress or slacks/jeans with a nice shirt. No need for anything over the top fancy, unless you’d like to dress up then feel free!
Please feel free to take any photos you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us! We have hired a photographer so if you prefer to live in the moment, we will share pictures of the night once we’ve received them.
Our wedding will be Memorial Day weekend, I’m sure there are plenty of memorializations and other things going on in different areas. Here are some of the things I’ve found/or know of! Osceola offers the Lakeside Casino, Alley Bowl, and the Osceola Municipal Golf Course. It looks like there are numerous places in Osceola to grab a bite, one that I personally like is the Family Table Diner and I’ve heard a lot of people enjoy the buffet at the casino. Indianola does have an A&W, we love stopping there from time to time. If you’re willing to travel a little ways off the beaten path you can find an endless number of things to do in Des Moines. For more ideas please find the “Things To Do” tab.
