We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for the big day! Dress is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Our theme is Sunset Tones/Pastels — pinks, oranges, yellows, and greens. We kindly ask that you AVOID wearing white, ivory, champagne, or any shade of blue If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!
Beer and wine are hosted and there will be a cash bar available. The after-party at the Naylors will be fully hosted.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. We have hired professional photographers to capture our special day, so again we kindly ask that you please put away your phones and cameras to enjoy with moment with us! We promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!
We’ll have several camcorders available for guests to use throughout the event. We’d love for you to pick one up and capture moments around the venue of your family and friends, and even share a few sweet words or memories from the day. Our goal is to create something candid and home-video style: a collection of genuine memories with our favorite people that we can look back on for years to come. So please grab a camcorder at some point, take advantage of it, and if you see one nearby, feel free to start filming or invite others to join in on the fun!
The venue will be outdoors, with the ceremony beginning at 5:30 PM. We’re hoping for a cooler end of September, but September can still showcase Arizona heat! Once the sun sets, the weather should be beautiful and comfortable. We’ll also have indoor areas with air conditioning available and may include portable AC units outdoors depending on the forecast as we get closer to the big day.
While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. We have made the difficult decision to limit children below high school age unless they are in the wedding. Invitations will be specific and include names of invited guests. Out of town guests needing childcare can be accommodated- there will be a space on the rsvp to indicate childcare needs. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves! *The welcome bbq on Thursday 9/24 will be family-friendly.*
Arriving to the venue 20-30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue and get settled in before it begins.
Right here! Once the wedding invitations go out in early summer, the website will show an option to RSVP to all of the weekend's events including welcome bbq, golf tournament, farewell brunch, etc. We kindly ask for rsvps to be finalized by August 15th to give us plenty of time to plan.
The venue has parking. However, if you plan to celebrate with alcohol, we are providing shuttle service to and from the hotel (Fairfield Inn). Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
