Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We absolutely love children and are so happy to celebrate with the little ones who are included on the invitation. While we wish we could extend the invitation to all our guests' children, we are keeping the celebration more intimate and are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting western semi-formal attire for the evening. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and the hot California weather! We'd love to see our guests in any fresh shades that feel seasonal and light. Think blush, sky blue, lavender, or anything that gives off that fall vibe but please, no white/light dresses, greens, or extremely bright colors for pictures purposes:)

When should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony begins-that way, everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do." The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, and we want to make sure no one misses a moment.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious, ladies, with the heels. The reception will be indoors.

Is parking available on site? Is transportation arranged?

Answer

Yes, parking is available and free! There are parking attendants on site who will greet everyone and direct them to the main courtyard. Due to the high volume of weddings at Springville Ranch, overnight parking is prohibited, so all vehicles must be out the same night. Transportation to and from the wedding will not be provided so please plan accordingly:)

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

If you wish to take ceremony photos, please be considerate of those around you and where our photographer is taking photos to avoid pictures full of cellphones:) Our photographer will capture everything, and we'll happily share photos with you later as well. Once the reception begins, feel free to take all the photos and videos your heart desires!

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We're excited to share one of our favorite meals with you. We will have a mix of Chicken and Beef with breadsticks, salad, and amazing sides. During cocktail hour, we'll have fresh charcuterie table while you mingle, sip, and settle in for the evening.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Cocktail hour will consist of a pre-paid bar tab; once the tab has been used up, the cash bar will then open up until dinner start time, which will begin the start of the Open bar until reception ends. We'll be offering a variety of canned drinks (think beer, seltzers, wine, and more), plus a couple of signature cocktails to keep the celebration flowing during the reception! We just ask that you drink responsibly and follow any venue guidelines. We're keeping things relaxed and fun, and there will be plenty to enjoy!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.
