What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 11th so we can give our vendors a proper headcount and make sure there's enough for everyone!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! Unfortunately, our venue is cozy and we have limited space, so we're only able to accommodate children who are part of our immediate families. If your children are invited, your entire family will be addressed on your invite (e.g. The Gomes Family). We hope this gives other parents a well-deserved night off to enjoy the party!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're working with limited space at our venue, so we've had to keep our guest list intimate. Only those guests listed by name on your invitation are invited. If you received a plus one, their name will be included on your invite. We appreciate your understanding!

Do we have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is the best present! But, if you would like to celebrate with a gift, click our registry tab to see our favorite things!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything will be at The Bishops' House with plenty of parking available.

How early should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm, but don't fret! You'll easily be able to find a seat if you're there by 4:45.

Will there be dinner?

Answer

Absolutely! We're bringing the food trucks to you. Enjoy gourmet burgers from Big Jud's Burgers, followed by fresh, made-to-order donuts. from Holy Oly O's! We wanted the night to feel relaxed, fun, and very us! (Gluten-free options for dinner and dessert will be available.)

Will there be alcohol?

We're keeping things alcohol-free! Kick off the celebration after the ceremony with sparkling mocktails during cocktail hour, then enjoy a variety of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages throughout the night!

Check out our hotel page for some great options that are close to the venue! We also encourage Airbnb and Vrbo!

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. However, parking is available at the venue and we encourage rideshares, like Uber or Lyft, or carpooling with your crew!

How do you pronounce Gomes?

Answer

It's GO-mez, not Goh-mz.....leads to endless mispronunciations at restaurants.
