Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly request all RSVPs are completed by June 15th of 2026, so the couple has time to finalize numbers with vendors before the wedding.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
All attendees should be present and seated for the ceremony by 3:50 PM to be ready for the ceremony start at 4:00 PM.
Question
Can I bring a date? Are kids welcome?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation. The number of and names of the guests will be included in the invitation. Due to limited space at the venue, we are unable to accommodate guests if they are not listed on the invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We are asking all guests to consider semi-formal attire. We would love a polished look for everyone, but we also want everyone to be comfortable with the fall weather here in Alaska.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a small parking lot at the venue, but this space will be reserved for those who are unable to walk long distance and for our vendors to have easy access to the venue space! There is plenty of parking along the roadside directly in front of the venue as this is where they typically have attendees park during weddings at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
The bride and groom will not be providing a shuttle service. There are several taxi options to include Uber in the Soldotna area. Please see the travel section of the website for more information

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please list any food allergies when you RSVP in the "Notes to the couple" section.
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
YES! We will be having a brunch on Sunday following the wedding to celebrate a little extra with all our friends and family. Please feel free to stop back by the wedding venue and enjoy some breakfast with us!
