Do we need to take a COVID test before attending the wedding?

Answer

Yes - please take a rapid antigen test on the day of the wedding. Take a photo of the test results and be prepared to show the photo on arrival, if required.

Do we need a Covid vaccination and booster to attend?

Answer

Los Angeles County regulations require Covid 19 vaccinations in order to enter any building at the venue. We were required to sign a contract stating our compliance with this regulation and request that all unvaccinated guests remain outside for the duration of our event. Please note that our celebration is primarily an outdoor event.

Are masks required?

Answer

Per Los Angeles Parks, masks are not required, but feel free to wear a mask if that makes you feel most comfortable.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30pm to ensure you can park and walk to the ceremony on time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal cocktail attire. Suit and tie or cocktail dress is fine. Keep in mind it will most likely be hot, so dress accordingly and bring sunscreen!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Historically, the weather is sunny and in the high 80s around this time. The ceremony will be under shade, but there will be sun during the reception.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoor/outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both outdoors. The dinner buffet tables are indoors and you need to be fully vaccinated for Covid in order to go indoors, per Los Angeles Parks requirements.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is free parking at the ranch, but parking is open to the public so spaces may be limited.

Can I bring a date or children?

Answer

We have a strict guest list. Guests will be accommodated by invitation only.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

We will provide appetizers during cocktail hour and dinner during the reception. Vegetarian options are available. Please let us know if you require any special accommodations and we will try to our best to assist you. There will be a cash bar to purchase drinks.
