When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 8, 2025 to help us finalize the guest count and ensure we have ample time for all necessary preparations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes the dress code is Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual. Women are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, formal dresses, sundresses, jumpsuits, or rompers. Please avoid jeans. Men should opt for jeans paired with a button-up shirt or their Sundays best.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter until the ceremony concludes. For those who wish to arrive early, we will have complementary champagne availible before the ceremony. Thank you so much and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you are searching for a hotel, We recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in West Monroe! We will provide transportation from that hotel to the wedding venue for those who prefer not to drive.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available at the venue for those who prefer to drive.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation available for those who opt not to drive. Three buses will be picking up guests from the Hilton Garden Inn in West Monroe and taking them to the venue. The buses will be running to return guests to the hotel until 2am after the reception ends. The first bus will be leaving the Hilton Garden Inn at 3pm and then as the other two fill up they will be leaving. Please be sure to RSVP if you intend to ride the buses or drive.

We are excited to celebrate with you, and kindly request that only children listed on the invitation or those from families who have been invited attend!

Answer

We are thrilled to celebrate with you but we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Please let us know if you have any questions about who to bring!
