The RSVP button can't find my name?

Answer

That's because we still are working on getting invites out :) Keep an eye on your email for a link to RSVP here on the site. If you think you already got an invite, reach out to Savannah or Rylan and we'll make sure we got you in the system properly.

I need to RSVP for a plus one, or add additional family/kids

No worries! Just reach out to Rylan or Savannah, and we'll make that possible :)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible! But please no later than September 1st. We're trying to book hotel blocks, catering, and other wedding details for everyone's convenience. A solid headcount helps a lot here.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than about 4:45pm MST. We'll have parking on site. We're closing off the road leading to the property for the duration of the ceremony so please try and arrive on time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: For the guys, suits or dress shirts & slacks, etc. Ties are optional. For the ladies, dresses, or other semi-formal wear. The goal for everyone is to generally look nice.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do! During the ceremony, we do ask that you would please make sure children are kept quiet; if needed, there will be an area to take babies if they cry/need changed during this time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There should be a way you can do so during the RSVP process. Please let us know if you require gluten free options or any other allergy and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

TBD. The hotel is roughly 15 minutes from the venue by car.
